What makes it therapeutic
A therapeutic session is shaped around your body rather than a fixed routine. Some days that means slow, deep work into a shoulder that has carried too much, some days it means long, quiet strokes that let the nervous system finally power down. We ask, we listen, we adjust. Pressure is a conversation, not a setting.
Every therapist here is licensed and insured, and each brings their own training to the table, myofascial release, trauma-informed care, holistic and mixed-modality bodywork. If you are not sure who to book with, start anywhere. You will be received.
The space
The studio sits inside Camp North End, Charlotte’s 76-acre creative district, at 115 Razades Way. It is a quiet room tucked inside a lively place, and stepping into it is part of the session. Come a few minutes early, land, breathe, and let the day set itself down before your session begins.

Common questions
What is the difference between therapeutic massage and a spa massage?
Intent and attention. A spa massage usually follows a set routine. A therapeutic session is built around what your body needs that day, with pressure, pace, and focus adjusted as you go. It can be every bit as restful, it simply is not generic.
How much pressure will be used?
As much or as little as your body wants. Pressure is a conversation throughout the session, and nothing here works through pain. Mild soreness the day after deeper work can be normal.
What should I wear, and how does draping work?
You undress to your own comfort level, and you are covered by a sheet and blanket the whole time, with only the area being worked uncovered. Your comfort leads.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for massage?
Sometimes. Whether massage qualifies is between you and your plan, and many plans ask for a letter of medical necessity from a healthcare provider, so your plan administrator is the right first call. If your plan gives you a card, we can run it at the studio like any other card.
How early should I arrive?
About ten minutes before your session, enough time for a soft landing. Your intake form comes to you online when you book, so it is already done before you arrive.
When you are ready
