These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at wholisticrebirth.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Wholistic Rebirth ("we," "us," or "our"), a therapeutic bodywork and healing arts practice located at 115 Razades Way, #102, Charlotte, NC 28206. By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Wholistic Rebirth provides therapeutic bodywork services including but not limited to therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and prenatal massage. All services are provided by licensed massage therapists. Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment, and we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session price. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash and credit cards. All prices are listed on our booking platform and are subject to change without notice.
5. Health & Safety
You are responsible for informing your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications that may affect your session. You may stop or modify a session at any time by communicating with your therapist.
6. Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications from Wholistic Rebirth via email, SMS, or phone. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Wholistic Rebirth and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholistic Rebirth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
