Ariana’s journey into bodywork began as a personal quest for health and wholeness, inspired by traditional midwives and bodyworkers who understood that the body carries wisdom we’ve been taught to ignore.
She studied Indigenous birth and postpartum traditions with multiple practitioners including Fametta Darling and Tema Mercado, CPM. She completed 500 hours at the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, focusing on myofascial release and therapeutic bodywork that goes far beyond surface-level relief.
Currently, Ariana is studying Craniosacral Therapy for infants with Lori Hendrickson, CST, and completing 500 hours toward becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) under Amanda Howell, IBCLC. Her work integrates body, mind, and spirit into every session.
